Herb&Parmesan Crusted Lobster Tail PDF Print E-mail

What you need

1 piece nice tuna

1 large potato

1 lobster tail (small)

2 glove’s Garlic

small amount of mayonnaise

bread crumbs and parmesan cheese (ground)

1 egg and small amount of milk

small amount of flour 

What to do  

Cut potato into chunky chips and place in oven on 180c

In bowl put bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and herbs

In another bowl put egg and milk and whisk

Put lobster in flour than egg mix and than into crumb mix. Once you done that place in oven to cook. Cook till crumbs are golden brown.

Blend garlic and mayonnaise  together and taste should taste nice and garlicy

Once hand cuts are cooked and the lobby tail is cooked place pan on heat

Put small amount of oil and butter in pan  and place tuna in it. Cook each side for no more than 2 minutes  you want it medium rare to medium.
